Privacy policy

In short

This site does not collect your data by itself: there are no forms, no user accounts, no tracking and no cookies. The only personal data I handle is what you send me if you decide to write to me. This policy explains it under the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the Spanish Data Protection Act (LOPDGDD 3/2018).

2. What data, and what for

If you write to me by email or through Instagram, LinkedIn or IMDb, I will handle your name, your address on that channel and whatever you tell me, only to answer you and deal with your request (a project, a collaboration, a request for permission or for the password of a protected project). If we end up working together, I will handle the data needed to provide the service and to meet my tax and accounting obligations.

I do not build profiles, I do not send newsletters and I do not sell or hand over your data.

3. Legal basis

• Your consent, when you write to me (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
• The performance of a contract, when we work together (art. 6.1.b).
• Legal obligations, for invoicing (art. 6.1.c).

4. For how long

Messages that do not lead to a project: as long as needed to answer, and at most one year. Clients: for the duration of the work and afterwards for the legally required periods (in general, up to six years).

5. Who else sees it

Nobody, except by legal obligation. The providers I need to work (web and email hosting, in the European Union; tax advisers when required) act as processors and follow my instructions. If you contact me through a social network, that network handles your data under its own policy.

6. Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or limit its use, to take it with you, and to withdraw your consent. Write to info@adritorres.com. If you think I have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

7. Security

I apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Password-protected projects are encrypted and are only decrypted in your browser when you enter the right password.

8. Changes

I may update this policy to reflect changes in the law or in how I work. The version in force is always the one published here, with its date.
